[Verse 2: AshBee]
Since the last time I heard from the lead, Kush went on sabbatical
Well.. Hell… Me, VJ and .PNG, we dipping inside the code again
Found all the files, fixed’em one by one
Opening pull requests, doing twice or thrice a week

And make sure everything works and looks fine as expected
My PR comments are like a soundtrack I wrote to the beat
Treat my work like passion, I code till I sleep
Wake up in the A.M., compile the shit

Ain’t mere a fix, it’s been optimized and maintainable all the way through
Following the commandments of “The Mighty Kush Krew”

The ‘Megadeth’ Graffiti Art

Hi Guys !!

As most of you guys know about The Big Four Bands of Thrash Metal. They have rocked the whole world for 30 years and still running wild. Plus, they are one of my Favorite Bands of all time.

big4stage-975x385

Now since the world might be at its end stage, so I’ve decided to make an Artwork Dedicated to one of those Legends as a Tribute like last week.

Well, This week is strongly dedicated to the Band called Megadeth. This is the band which I’m listening for some years from the day since I went to college. You already know through my previous post that what I used to listen back days when I was a school kid.

After Listening to Metallica a lot, I really got bored. That doesn’t means that I don’t wanna listen to their songs anymore. I wanted some more. I’d even downloaded their Latest album Death Magnetic, but I didn’t worked out very well. It wasn’t like their previous hardcore albums.

Now I really needed something else to listen from someone else. Then, I discovered ‘Megadeth’. This is the band which has some amazing guitar riffs and drums beats. Apart from those, their vocals is also the thing which makes them unique. Moreover, their front man Dave Mustaine used to be in ‘Metallica’, but was later kicked out from the band. And therefore, he formed his own band.

I still remember the moment when I first listened to their songHoly Wars .. The Punishment Due’ from their album ‘Rust in Pieces’. I really got so adrenalined and fascinated with this song as it was really so amazing. That long intro guitar solo was so Amazing. I head-banged a lot during that time. And besides, the lyrics were nice as it indeed tells the reality. In short, the song is Epic. Then I moved to more Megadeth songs like – Symphony of Destruction, Peace Sells .. But Who’s Buying?, A Tout Le Monde, Skin O’ My Teeth, Headcrusher, Public Enemy No. 1 and many more. Now, I am also a Megadeth Fan.A lot of verbal battles I’ve seen throughout the Internet between the fans of Metallica and Megadeth. But since I am unable to judge the best between them, I like both.

Coming back to my artwork. It’s just like what I’ve made previously. The Artwork of logo this legendary band has been drawn with Ball-point pen on an A4 Sheet, along with the names of their famous songs (around 50-60 I guess), written in (my personal favorite) Graffiti Tags.

Take a look on this collaboration fellas.

The ‘Metallica’ Graffiti Art

Hi Guys !!

As most of you guys know about The Big Four Bands of Thrash Metal. They have rocked the whole world for 30 years and still running wild. Plus, they are one of my Favorite Bands of all time.

original

Now since the world might be at its end stage, so I’ve decided to make an Artwork Dedicated to one of those Legends as a Tribute like last week.

Well, This week is strongly dedicated to the Band called Metallica. This is the first band which I’ve followed first when I was around 14. Before that, I’ve hardly known a little bit of rock songs that I’ve either listened on the Radio or watched its Video on MTV or even randomly from a Hollywood Movie or WWE, as the background score. Just few names like – AC/DC, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park and Bryan Adams, I was aware of them only. I used to get  some goosebumps those days (and still now sometimes) whenever I’ve listened to such heavy songs.  🙂

But Honestly speaking, I wouldn’t have discovered Metallica myself that time until my friend gave a complete CD pack of their songs. After looking around at my so-called choice in such music, he strongly recommended to listen to it like a True Metal Fan.

I still remember that Summer of year 2005, when I had my first desktop at home and got plenty of PC Games, from my dear friend. And after getting a complete collection of Metallica from my Metalhead friend, I’ve got a good shit to listen. I used to listen Linkin Park a lot, even before I had my PC. But still, I preferred to listen to Metallica more, just because it was so awesome. So Heavy, So Energetic. Simply Amazing. While listening to it, some people around me used to think that it is too Loud, Noisy, Mad, Arrogant, Violent and Anti-social, because Bollywood and Pop songs are the mainstream in India. But I hardly bothered and still I do.

I guess, 2005, it was indeed the year which had brought a change in me. And as soon as I got more versed with my PC and permission for Internet Connection from my Dad later in the year 2007, I’d explored more stuffs like this, which eventually had started changing me a lot in the knowledge of Music (specially Rock, and more precisely Metal) to a level where I am right now.

Well, this is my prolonging passion and addiction for Metallica and for other Rock Bands. Coming back to my artwork. It’s just so simple. The Artwork of logo this legendary band has been drawn with Ball-point pen on an A4 Sheet, along with the names of their famous songs (around 50-60 I guess), written in (my personal favorite) Graffiti Tags.

Take a look on this collaboration fellas.

Happy Diwali

Whenever we talk of Diwali festival the first think that comes to our mind is when Diwali is celebrated or the date of the festival. Normally according to the Hindu calendar the festival of Diwali, which is celebration of truth and light is celebrated on a nation-wide scale on Amavasya, the 15th day of the dark fortnight of the Hindu month of Ashwin (Aasho), which is usually the month of October or November every year.

Diwali Celebration

Diwali is regarded as one of the most important festival of the Hindu calendar. It is celebrated across the nation with great pomp and excitement. The festival is mainly associated with lights as it is called the festival of light. On the day of the festival diyas (small clay lamps) are lit in everybody’s home irrespective of their social status. The name Diwali signifies ‘rows of lighted lamps’. Diwali is a five-day festival, beginning on the 15th day of the Hindu calendar month of Kartika (Ashwin). By the Gregorian calendar, Diwali falls in October or November. Diwali marks the beginning of the Hindu and Gujarati New Year and is celebrated with the lighting of lamps and candles, and lots of fireworks. People decorate their home with beautiful diyas and making rangoli pattern in the courtyard and in front of the gate. They put flowers and mango leaves on their doors and windows. Diyas and candles are placed on rooftops, rooms, and kitchen and even in the bathrooms. On this day, people worship Lord Ganesha, the foremost of all Hindu Gods and Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity. It is time to exchange gifts and sweets with friends, relatives and neighbors.

Due to India‘s varied cultural diversity there are many manifestations of the Diwali festival. The festival begins with Dhanteras, a day set aside to worship the goddess of prosperity, Goddess Lakshmi. On this day, homes are cleaned and paintings are done. There are various legends associated with the celebration of Diwali. But people mostly associate the celebration with the legend of Lord Ram returning to his kingdom of Ayodhya after fourteen years of exile and defeating Ravana, the demon king. In Bengal, the celebration is marked with the worship of Goddess Kali. People celebrate Kali puja with great fervor and enthusiasm. Joy and festivity reins every corner of the nation during the Diwali season. Diwali festival is the one Hindu festival that unites the whole of India. The exchange of sweets and the explosion of fireworks customarily accompany the celebration of the festival. Diwali is an occasion for cheerfulness and togetherness. This is that time of the year when people of all age and all class take part in its celebration.

History

India is considered to be the land of festivals. And each of the festivals, which are celebrated here, has a reason or significance behind its celebration. Diwali the festival of light is also not an exception. It is celebrated across the country with lots of fervor and fun. Though the way it is celebrated differs from region to region according to the traditions and culture of that state but the reason behind its celebration remains same. The festival is celebrated by all there is no cast or age bar. The festival brings light in everybody’s life. The festival symbolizes unity in diversity as every state celebrates it in its own special way. If we try to look for the origin of the festival we have to refer to history. And history tells us that the festival is celebrated mainly for four days commences on Aswayuja Bahula Chaturdasi and concludes on Kartika Shudda Vijiya. And each day has a significance and history behind its celebration. The first day of the festival Naraka Chaturdasi marks the killing of the demon king Naraka by Lord Krishna and his wife Satyabhama.

The second day is Amavasya and according to the legends Lakshmi, Goddess of wealth, was incarnated on the new moon day (amaavasyaa) of the Kartik month during the churning of the ocean (samudra-manthan), hence the association of Diwali with Lakshmi. From that day she is worshipped as the symbol of wealth and prosperity. It is also said that on this very day Lord Vishnu rescued Goddess Lakshmi from the prison of Demon king bali and for that reason Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped on the day of Diwali. The third day is “Kartika Shudda Padyami.” On this day Bali would come out of Pathala Loka and rule Bhuloka as per the boon given by Lord Vishnu. Hence, it is also known as “Bali Padyami“. The fourth day is referred to as “Yama Dvitiya.” On this day, sisters invite their brothers to their homes. Whereas according to legends it is also said that Lord Rama returned from exile to Ayodhya after fourteen years of exile. To commemorate his return to Ayodhya, his subjects illuminated the kingdom and burst crackers. Goddess Kali is also worshipped during this time.

Traditions

The literal meaning of Deepavali in Sanskrit is ‘a row of lamps.’ That’s why Diwali is called the festival of lights. As we all celebrate it by lighting of diyas in our home. It is a tradition that is popular in most regions of the country. Even today in this modern world it projects the rich and glorious past of our country and teaches us to uphold the true values of life. Every festival of India has such glorious and rich traditions that are portrayed through its celebration. Diwali is associated with many customs and traditions. Like the tradition of rangoli, tradition of burning crackers, tradition of lights, tradition of Diwali pujas and Diwali gifts Tradition. One of the most curious customs, which characterizes this festival of Diwali, is the indulgence of gambling, especially on a large scale in north India. Rangoli is a traditional Hindu folk art; it is a kind of designs generally created on a floor on special festive occasions. The origin of this art can be traced to the Puranas (works on Hindu mythology). It is said that the tradition of rangoli originated in Maharastra and slowly disseminated to other parts of India. It gives a colorful look to the festival celebration.

Diwali Rangoli

The festival of Diwali remind us of the brilliant display of colorful fireworks which explode in the dark nights. The cities are famous for these. It is an unique part of Diwali celebration. Now it has become an inseparable part of Diwali festival. Exchange of gifts is another unique feature of Diwali celebration. Diwali encourage people to gather and socialize with friends and family, exchange gifts and share home-cooked meals. The diwali gifts exchanged on this occasion reflect happiness, love and joy. Lighting of diyas is also an important part of Diwali celebration. Lighting diyas brings divine brightness and joy with the hope of finding light in darkness, achieving knowledge where there is ignorance and spreading love where there is hatred. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil and light over darkness. Diwali is also associated with pujas of different Gods. There are many legends and religious accounts to it. Lights and diyas are lit to signifying the driving away of darkness and ignorance, as well as the awakening of the light within us. The History Of Halloween

Halloween, a well known Festival to celebrate by all of us. It has become a tradition as well as trend, especially among the youngsters for a lot of time. Even adults alike enjoy this holiday today, with funny costumes, candy, and parties, while some countries observe this time as a remembrance of departed loved ones and religious saints. But there lies a History behind wearing Fancy Costumes and guising around the neighborhood for Trick-or-Treat.

It's that time of year once again, Halloween u...

It’s that time of year once again, Halloween ushers in the best holiday of the Holiday season! Taken at La Mesa Oktoberfest in 2007 but still relevant every Halloween. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

It was first originated in European Countries like – United Kingdom, Ireland, northern France by The Celts, around 2,000 years ago. They called ‘Samhain’ (pronounced as ‘snow-en’), which was celebrated at the end of the Celtic year i.e. on the night before (or simple say, the eve of) 1st November, signaled the end of summer, the harvest season, and even the death of Ancient Pagan Celtics. Samhain was considered a magical holiday, and a lot of stories were mentioned about the Celtics practice and beliefs during this festival. Some said the spirits of those that had died in that year, were unleashed and offerings of food and drink were left to aid the spirits in order to ward them away. While others and mostly said, they used to dress up in scary costumes and roam the neighborhoods making noise to scare the spirits away. A sacred, central bonfire was always lit to honor the Pagan gods. It was said that Fortunes were told by the sacred bonfire, and marked stones thrown into it. There was another custom to extinguish the home fires. Some say the reason home fires were extinguished is to scare away evil spirits from homes, while others say that home fires were supposed to be lit from embers from the sacred bonfire to start the New Year.

As far as “Trick-or-Treat” tradition came into this festival, it was originated by some of the Celts who wore costumes of animal skulls and skins and roamed around during Samhain, dressed as beggars asking for food door to door. Those that gave food to the faeries were rewarded by them, were punished otherwise.

Later in the First century A.D., the Roman Empire invaded most of the Celtic lands. The Romans had two festivals also celebrated for Pomona, the Roman goddess of trees and fruit, at the same time of year as Samhain. These were combined with Samhain in the Celtic lands during 400 years of Roman Reign over the Celts. Now that’s why, The apple (Symbol of Goddess Pomona) probably became the root of the Halloween tradition of bobbing for apples and other manipulations of the fruit which were thought to predict the fortuned future, on this night of Samhain.

As The Christianity had spread over the Celtic and the Roman regions over the next several hundred years, The Christian church disliked this festival and demanded a replacement. About in 835 A.D., Pope Gregory IV moved  the date of All Saints Day (honouring dead church saints and martyrs) to November 1, which probably took the attention away from the Pagan Samhain festival. However, many Pagan traditions of Samhain were still continued to be practiced. All Saints Day was also known as All Hallowmas in Old English. As Samhain was celebrated the eve night before November 1, this celebration was therefore, known as All Hallows Eve or Halloween. In the year 1000 A.D., the church designated November 2 as All Souls Day, to honour the death of non-saints.

Even “Jack o’lanterns” has a storyline from the past. In Irish myth, a drunker known as “Stingy Jack”, tricked the devil most of times in his life. But after his death, he was not allowed in heaven or in hell. However, The devil taking pity of Jack and gave him an ember to light his way on his eternal walks on Earth, carried in a hollowed out turnip. The Celtics used a hollowed out rutabaga to carry an ember from the sacred Samhain bonfire home to light their home fires.

This festival was not so popular in early United States history though, as it was considered mostly a Catholic, Episcopalian, and Pagan holiday, and therefore largely ignored. However, in the southern colonies, such as Virginia and Maryland, there were some traces of Halloween customs observed. They called it “play parties” where people neighborhoods celebrated together by dancing, singing, telling fortunes and even stories of the dead. By the mid 1800’s, most of the Irish immigrants, mostly Catholics brought many Halloween traditions with them. The pumpkin, which was very plentiful in the New World, became the face of Jack o’lanterns These holidays (Halloween and All Saints Day) were later being published on public calendars, magazines and newspapers, to publicize these festivals, which soon became popular in the United States more as a community and family holiday, rather than one of great religious and supernatural importance. As days passed by and the popularity increased in the twentieth century, they became highly community centered with parties city-wide, parades, and great costumes.

This holiday is mostly aimed to children, but still enjoyable young and old enjoy, with events and parties for everybody. A lot of teenagers and young adults get together wearing costumes of Ghosts, Gods, Action Heroes or even any Famous Celebrity and have a special Halloween Party whole night. In a nutshell, we all celebrate this spooky but special festival to amuse and scare children (and some adults) to get everybody in the “spirit” of Halloween.

The Wait is Over

Finally, after the prolonged waiting for over a year has come to an end yesterday. It’s all in every newspaper today that Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar become the only Batsman who has achieved the 100th International Ton in International Cricket. Of course, It is the moment to celebrate and feel proud as he has just crossed yet another milestone that can hardly be broken by anyone else, though a we have face the loss against Bangladesh as well. 😛

Sachin's International 100

Yesterday, A History was created in the ground of of Shere Bangla Stadium in Mirpur, Bangladesh.  That Final single taken between those wickets has made all the  billion hopes complete.  A Rush could be be seen in Facebook Status Updates from tons of Cricket Fans and Indian Media Coverage, even more than those those sudden earthquake in Delhi. Even, I felt some goosebumps all over my body after witnessing that marvelous 100 by the legend himself. 🙂

After taking a look on tons of  Facebook Posts of Sachin’s 100th 100, I suddenly got this link to a post which was blogged by Harsha Bhogle,  Famous Cricket Commentator.

He quoted as follows :

I don’t know how you feel but increasingly I find my love for cricket assaulted from all directions. I feel it has been kidnapped, bundled into the boot of a car and dropped off in an area with no phone signal. We fret, we are obsessed with landmarks, we build conspiracy theories, we get angry, and I wonder: What happened to the simple joy of watching cricket? What happened to the reason we were drawn to this great game?

I’ve come to the stage where I have told myself, “Damn that 100th”. It is a great milestone and no one else is going to get there, but we don’t watch a game merely for a milestone. We watch sport for the joy of seeing great performances from elite sportsmen, sometimes riveting ones from those less skilled. We watch it as the greatest display of emotion and skill on a public platform. We want to marvel, rub our eyes in disbelief, occasionally grieve but be aware that tomorrow is still ours. We want to feel blessed for being allowed to sit in on such contests.

And then numbers happen. They are good tools for comparison (though not always), but they are by-products of performance. If we watch sport for numbers, we watch it for the wrong reason. You can count numbers anywhere, generate statistics anywhere – the largest set of people to collectively leave Mumbai’s CST station on a Thursday, for example; or the percentage of unemployed every January since 1901. Don’t get me wrong, collecting numbers is not bad – as I said, you often get good insights from them – but obsessing over them is a poor reason to watch sport.

This obsession with Tendulkar’s 100th isn’t affecting only him, it is affecting us even more. Suddenly we have lost all objectivity, become unaware of the presence of other players (thankfully the Dravid retirement got the place it deserved), forgotten that cricket is a contest between 22. And now I’m bored by it all and fed up with the angst over it. If Kohli and Gambhir make fine hundreds, I don’t want to see or read of Tendulkar’s innings first and theirs as a filler.

Sadly Tendulkar is also a financial instrument. Yes, he makes very serious money out of the game but people make just as much out of him. Ad revenues go up, so do attendances when he plays, but just as important, supplements and special programmes sell. Praising him sells and criticising him does, and so, whether he wants it or not, whether he needs to be or not, Tendulkar must feature in the news, on specials, in features. If there is no Tendulkar story, we must create one.

So I say, damn that 100th. Let us enjoy watching a supreme exponent of the game while we can; let us revel in being part of the journey, let us gasp at the cover drive one more time, for Tendulkar, at 39, is playing his endgame. Let’s bring back the little joys for as long as possible. If the 100th happens, we’ll celebrate a great achievement but if it doesn’t, he won’t become a lesser player.

Then there are these debates; endless spewings of venom, factories of anger. If an Australian player mutters something as he passes, or makes a gesture, a half hour is devoted to Indians being wronged. If Greg Chappell says something we don’t like, another orgy of temper, trembling voices lamenting an attack on India’s pride. We scream of racism. One person called Chappell a “pathological case”. (I hope he knew what that means, for I don’t.) Anger, anger everywhere. Sport was meant to be uplifting but I wonder if that doesn’t sell enough on a daily half-hour slot.

I recently did four Test matches in Australia for ABC Radio and it was like being transported to my childhood. There was laughter and joy, good words to describe good shots. Cricket was the theme of happy conversation and every morning I got up excited about trying to be a friend to all those who couldn’t be at the ground. I was back, living with the simple joy of watching cricket. And tell me honestly, isn’t that what you really want?

So I say, damn that 100th, turn off the anger, put the conspiracy theories where they belong, and ask yourself why you really watch cricket.

Ya !! He is somewhat right as all we people were highly obsessed of  noticing Sachin’s 100 only, rather watching a Cricket Match. Even the time when we were so busy in celebrating Sachin’s Current EPIC Achievement, we have forgotten to notice that  he took around 138 balls or 23 Overs (almost half of Batting Innings) to reach this milestone, causing a relatively less score in total to be chased. And therefore, we got a chasing defeat from the Bangladesh on the same match. But still, It’s a Game where you could ‘Lose’ and must move on by learning from your little mistakes.

Plus, It always happened on every single match before this one. We always kept noticing Sachin’s individual score first rather watching the game completely. Sometimes, some other Indian player’s superb performances are not being appreciated that much and therefore, gets ignored afterwards. And even during the time span between 99th and 100th International Ton, some of us have cracked some jokes when Sachin getting OUT early and his selfishness of playing for records. Whatever happened, It all has been flushed into the gutter as The Master Blaster has proved himself to close those loudmouth shutters for good. 😛

Sachin - The Legend

I know, CRICKET is more than just a GAME in India. But the bottom line is, we always push ourselves so harder to over-rate or demoralize someone, whether an individual or a whole team,  rather simply watching and enjoying the game. They all are talented already and have enough potential and strength to face anyone anyplace. We are no one to judge them. So Fuck the mediocrity and the hypocrisy all the time. Kindly enjoy the game for while, Bitches. That’s all I wanna add in the end.

Plus, For those people who still think Tendulkar played selfishly for his own dear records and he should now retire from International Cricket, well seems like Virat Kohli has recently learned to answer the ranting retarded punks like you. Mind over it. 😛

Fuck You Hippocratic Ranting Bitches !!

Smart Steps to be Productive

You can’t deny with the fact that we’ve only 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and 52 weeks in a year, neither less nor more. No matter what you do, you would probably gonna feel that you’ve less enough time to complete the tasks. But still successful people smartly manage their work complete within the given time. Mind the word ‘smart’ Fellas !! 🙂

There are plenty of ways to work more productively and efficiently, suggested by a lot of people throughout the world. The key behind all of these methods is to ‘work in time’. There’s only a need a Time-Management in your Life and you ought to maintain discipline and give some respect for that. Even some anonymous said nice words for Time, “If you gonna respect time, the time gonna respect you for sure”. So True! 😉

Lemme give y’all some tips to work productively and hopefully you keep them as habit.

1. Make A To-Do List

This is the primary method of scheduling your tasks. Simple! Make a ‘Daily To-Do List’ of all your upcoming tasks in an order and maintain discipline. Keep this list handy throughout the day and cross off those tasks which you’ve finished. This would make you productive and some satisfaction that your tasks are going properly.

2. Prioritize Your Tasks

Yet another important method. You should know which tasks are important and you should do them first. Of course, making priorities would help you enough to focus on the things. Just in case you’ve forgotten, you could make a list of all your tasks and give them ratings on the basis of their priorities to be done.

3. Set Deadline For Every Task

I’ve mentioned a quote on respecting the time and I meant that seriously. There’s just something about deadlines that makes you thrive. Set an appropriate deadline and try to finish them sooner, otherwise you’ll start procrastinate the task and further delay would cost you for other tasks waiting in queue. Make a reminder in your Diary or Cell phones, about deadlines, so that you’ll get to know about your tasks’ deadlines.

4. Keep Your Workspace Clean

Not only for cleaning concern, but also for productive cause you must keep your workspace. It often happens we waste couple of time in searching important files, documents and our belongings. Same case happens while working in a computer or laptop. Make your space clean enough such that all our belongings are visible. You could even prioritize among them. Let say, which items should be place above the desk or under the desk.

5. Plan Phone Calls

Some times even calling or taking calls in the middle of something, breaks the momentum and can derail the productive project. Kindly avoid such situations. Set a time zone in which you’re free for a while and make calling habits of those you’re trying to reach. You can’t always be rigid as some important emergency calls might come. Still try your best to reduce to some extent. Even you could notify to your callers to contact when you’re available to talk. And as a good manner, you must return all calls by the end of your task.

6. Set Your Own Working Time Zone

Everyone has different energy cycles and time zones of working. Some are night owls, who could world all night. While others are the morning persons. Even you also have the ability and stamina to work on either the time zones. Analyze your strength on which particular time zone you work most because that’s the time when you’ll be at your best.

7. Take Breaks For A While

It has been proven a lot of times that working continuously for long hours, makes you less productive as your energy deteriorates. Take some break after working for hours, have some food, listen to music, or take a little rest. But take breaks for few minutes, otherwise you’ll lose the momentum and further delay in the assignment.

8. Avoid Website Distractions

In the modern era of Social Networking, we spent a lot of time in tweeting, mailing, blogging or just simply chatting with people. Even if you’ve some important work to do, you get into it. Sometimes, we check our e-mail a lot of time in a day. The reason is that we get addicted to it. These are the distractions and seriously a waste of time. Avoid them. Reduce your time span in website. Check your emails once or twice a day. You could even set bookmarks in case you’re visiting some important websites very often, rather finding them again and again.

There are plenty of other tips being discussed in the web. But the main aim is getting more productive and working efficiently in limited time. They would take some time to be a regular habit and it’s always work in progress. The good news is if you start focus on applying new tools and techniques in your life. Hopefully, you’ll be succeeded.

Corruption – A Symptom Not A Disease

Corruption is not the ultimate problem but the result of problem, the issues is more than just a corruption, it is about the output of weak governance and policies and it will only end when we solve the root of the problem.”

Corruption is mismanagement of Power And Governance at every level and if we want to defeat corruption then the transformation of governance is the only option and which will happen when we seriously consider the option of Political Change ; Means the end of era of main stream political parties & their low thinking .”

When We See our country then we find that the Corruption, visible accountable reason for every negative thing in our country .But Corruption is not the problem, there is a huge problem and that is the Approach and willingness of people on highest level toward National Interest .We can call them political People.

If We take Corruption , then the Corruption which is in front of us , is more than a corruption , it is Marketing of Black Money on Highest level. When Corruption is done by Governments then the corruption will not remain the Simple Corruption and any law can not take it down except people directly will not take action using power of democracy, by voting & by freedom of expression.

If we examine difficult issues in our country then population, Social Suffering, Economical crisis Unemployment, hard life and Human development issues are most serious issues .And Unemployment is the issues which is probably the reason of Poverty in Our Country.

Now if we go in depth of Unemployment issue then what is the percentage of Corruption responsible for Unemployment?? If someone doesn’t have work and he ready to pay money to get a job or work then generally the start of Corruption at society level is started. Now if we eliminate this process of corruption at that level then do we really end the problem???

At last Person don’t have a job .But Actually People thinks that if corruption end then some how it help to generate more jobs. But think deeply is that so??? Is that circle of Generating job is related to directly corruption or weak polices because the number of jobs are the same and also given to people of country.

There is not a problem of money in government, it is all about bad management and ineffective policies which we ignored and blame corruption for every single problem.

Weather it in that case corruption is cause or not, but at the end people doesn’t have the job.

Suppose 1000 jobs are there from the government side and 20000 people are there who wants that job .If Corruption is there then may be 500 or more job sold to people .But if there is no corruption then full 1000 job actually given to the eligible person. But at last 19000 people still without job!!!!!!
Most of the people used Corruption as their savior to reduce difficulties. Life is very tough and people want to save their time and hard work and they preferred to give money because they want work at time.

No doubt corruption is very major important issue but not the only reason of our country situation.

Now days Opposition parties in any state or in central used Corruption as the weapon to attack to the Government .Now the Politician not worry to use Corruption Word in their speech weather they himself part of corruption .

Corruption is now everywhere, in physical world and in words too.

Main Problem of Corruption is that Money come form center to state and state to local authority and in between that money lost the quantity.

And it is going on and on.

And the Worst thing is that every single Political Party or Politician and every Single Bureaucrat know that the corruption is over there and he/she either involve or ignore but about the action to end it.

Involved or ignore, two options in the hand of People who work at High Authority as well as people.

My Point is that The Willingness of Political Party to end Corruption is Zero because if they act then they will through out from the governance and some one else will come in power .

So No Political Party and Politician actually want to end the corruption at High level.

But Why???

And the answer is they are wrong people and just want to stay in power and that’s all.

So weather the corruption is their or not they are not going to give their best to help and support people.

Let’s bring some scenario in discussion.

Suppose If You are MP or MLA and you are in fear of judiciary or Law but at the same time you don’t have personal interest to work for people then what will be the out put ??

And Out Put is unsatisfactory. He/She will do nothing.

But If You are MP and MLA And you have pressure from your higher authority to do well for people then there must some possibility then you could do some better things for people and for state or for city .

And at last if you are MP and MLA And you are personally want to help and support the people and want to work for them then he/she will do the best to do so and that what we need if we really want to become developed in real manner .

And the harsh thing is that it is not going to happen if don’t focus to change political system or era .May be we will bring Lokpal Bill or else but to it can not bring the number two and three case into today governments.

If Some how Corruption is gone out from the system then the governing system & process will remain the same , in same manner , same people with same old tactics where if Political party in Center then all the time it is worry to continue the term and how establish the government in state And When party in state government then party concern how they can bend center party according to them and how they can send their politician MP in the Parliament so they can easily be the part of collation Government .

When there is no money or corruption involve then there is always the Drug of Power which is more dangerous then corruption or money .Everybody wants to be in power at any how weather the corruption is over or not but they want to be there at any how.

And the fact is that our country is full with these kind of people whose only concern is to be in Power or part of power at any cost and the serious thing is that they are in power and in politics in present Scenario and no hope that in future that they will get out from the governance until people will not take step towards new political era.

So Weather the Corruption is over there or not if People who are in authority are not the right people then there are no way that we can hope for Strong Future.

“Understand that End of the corruption will not end everything and Corruption will never end under the Present Political Environment. We Must Think About Heavy Political Change; bring the new Political Era based on nationalism.”

Who will take care of our Nation??? In Tunisia , Egypt , Algeria , Yemen and Libya people have Specific target their Leader(dictator) of the country who are dictating from several decades and people have clear target or specific demand that is “ The Democracy & Freedom & Reform “ .

The People of Arab wants democracy and power to elect the leader of country with out the fear and want the freedom of speech in the hope that may be these things will bring the new era in their country.

But what about us , we are already in democracy, we elect these leaders , we have freedom of speech and we have the system written upto date system and still we are not satisfied the who is responsible ??

And the reason is not Corruption, the reason is not Population or else the only reason is the leadership which allowed the wrong people to lead the country and our Political System is Reason Which Bring Our Constitution in Weak State.

We are unlucky that We don’t have any Husn Mubarak , Ben Ali or Gaddafi so that we can defeat them and enter in new era . We have the Whole Constitution and Political System to fight and to defeat if we really want to enter in new era.

Without reshaping the Politics and Political Sytem , We never ever Get the Future what we imagine.

“THE STRONG AND PROSPEROUS COUNTRY”

So End Corruption is Just A First Step Because Ultimate Goal is To Establish The System , a Political System which able to bring right people at higher level to lead our Country and to help the shape the future .

And Right Now No Body is concerned about it and if the Scams did not come then no body is even thinking about corruption. We always failed to catch the root of problem and again doing the same because we think just A corruption is the Reason. But Corruption is just a part of failure of our Government and System: “THE CONSTITUTION “

Ultimate Enemy is Political System & leadership because it brings the wrong people to lead our country and prevent right people to do better for the country.

We can only defeat them by accepting our faults and giving new thinking a chance in politics.

Don’t ignore Politics fault in the name of corruption because it is the root of the failure.

Be Political and Support the Right People in Politics which we find when we leave the old main stream political era and choose to support the new people in politics with right approach.

Stop telling lie to ourselves and accept our fault and change the attitude and then plan to end the era of failure of Politics.

India Need Revolution and if we and you oppose the wrong political people without fear of anything, not blood or not death, then we will able to bring Revolution in Our Country.

Oppose People who are wrong and Support Right People without Hesitation without any fear. Then The Real Revolution Will Come.

People, Stop Playing double game – Decide the Side, Wrong or Right.

जय हिन्द जय भारत

A shocking piece of new that aired across the world but not shown by the coward Indian media. It might be known to some of y’all those days, but have been forgotten sooner. A big round of applause to our Deadly and Overwhelming Congress Party, who made it Hidden for years.

Rahul Gandhi – The Son of The Great Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, might be dreamed as The Future Leader of The Indian National Congress (I.N.C) Party and even The Future Prime Minister of India. But nobody would even expect him as a Mean Son of a Gun, who would would be The Shame for this Democratic Nation.

It’s Shocking to tell you fellas, that He was involved in a Gang Rape almost 5 years ago.  On 3rd December 2006, Rahul Gandhi was camping at Amethi along with 7 others including 4 foreigners (two from Britain and other two from Italy, names not known).

Around 9 P.M all of them were drinking liquor at a V.I.P. guest house in a high security zone. They had an uninvited guest, a young girl named Sukanya Devi, 24 years of age, a staunch follower of Nehru-Gandhi family and daughter of Congress worker Balram Singh.

Sukanya was looking for an opportunity to meet Rahul Gandhi since last two years and on that fateful night she able to meet him. Sukanya’s family has been supporting the Congress party since the time of Nehru.

When she met Rahul he spoke to her for a couple of minutes and later he and his friends offered here liquor. Sukanya was amazed seeing all this, she was not feeling comfortable, she refused to have liquor and took permission to leave, but she was forced to stay back and drink. She kept resisting, but they raped her one by one. She cried for help, but her cries fell on deaf ears. Even the security personnel preferred to remain as mute spectators.

She kept weeping all along and was threatened and asked to keep her mouth shut. She was given Rs.50,000 /-. She straightaway went to the local police station. The police refused to book any complaint and asked her to go home.

Before she could reach home, Congress workers had gathered at her house and gave a different version of the incident to her father. They accused her of trying to seduce Rahul Gandhi. Her father Balram Singh, without giving her a chance to explain what had happened to her beat her up mercilessly. Balram Singh learnt the facts from others who were witness to the crime, but he preferred to remain quite as he did not want to challenge Rahul Gandhi and the Congress Party.

Sukanya’s mother Sumitra Devi, who learnt about the whole incident immediately went with her daughter to Police HQ in Amethi. The Police officials refused to book any complaint and advised her to remain quite. She went from pillar to post pleading for justice, but no one heard her pleas.

Sumithra Devi gave a statement in a press conference with a very thin attendance and there she was confronted by Congressmen who physically assaulted both mother & daughter. On 27th December 2006 Sumithra Devi went to New Delhi to meet Sonia Gandhi. Sonia refused to meet her. With no options left she went to Human Rights Commission who just noted down her complaint and asked her to leave.

The Congressmen have threatened to kill both Sumithra Devi and her daughter Sukanya if she makes the rape issue public. Both the mother and daughter are in despair trying to seek justice. Both mother and daughter were camping in New Delhi for over a fortnight to get an appointment with the President of India. They have not got an appointment either with the President or with the Chief Justice.

Both mother and daughter are now in hiding. If the Congressmen don’t kill her, the Opus Di (secret service of the Vatican) definitely will. Now instead of singing vande mataram we should be singing vande mata rome.

It was a NEWS that was broadcasted around the World. But due to our Powerful Government and the candy-ass Indian Media made it totally unknown to Indian citizens. However, The Foreign Sites where this controversial matter was articulated, have been removed (or should I say, forced to be removed by Congress Party). But Luckily, I’ve got an article regarding this issue in a PDF file, which I would now show for y’all to have a look on it.

Download the PDF “Rahul Gandhi involved in Gang Rape”

This Article might be True or Fake. We can’t still judge whether Rahul Gandhi’s Character is ‘Seedha’ or ‘Dheela’. But since after hearing his Ridiculous Views on July 13 Mumbai Bomb Blastsand even Anna’ Hazare’s Fast against Corruption, I seriously don’t trust that Filthy Maggot. 😛

From Facebook With Love

Since the popularity and extreme usage of Facebook, It is now focusing more on Security. We are usually obstructed with certain things like Security Code Verification, while posting any links on Group, Page and even Friends’ Wall.  Though it which is obviously a hectic thing to type those shitty alphanumeric codes (again and again if you’re posting multiple times).

Recently Facebook has done some settings related to the topic, which made me SICK. Last Monday,  I was just sending Friend Requests to my College Seniors . But after sending almost 20 Friend Request with 5 minutes, Facebook blocked me for Sending more Friend Request. I thought there must be some problem in my Accounts Setting. I’ve checked my Account Settings, which was all Perfect. Then I went to the Help center, where I get to know that Facebook automatically blocks the Users temporarily from the activities which he/she is doing repeatedly. Plus, You would be relieved from these restrictions for a limited period of time, with a condition that you don’t have to share the links during tha period otherwise the Time Period would be more Longer. Damn Sure, Even most of the time you have to encounter certain problems of getting blocked for repeatedly sharing links or commenting on walls of Friends, Groups and Pages and even on Comment.

WTF is that ?? I don’t have any free time sitting Idle for hours.  It’s totally Irritating.

I just saw on my Friend’s wall yesterday. He posted a picture of his Wall showing that he has been blocked from replying to his own Wall Posts of Birthday Wishes by his Friends. DAMN !!! 😛

Now that’s totally Lame Facebook. Enough is Enough. You really oughta think about on this thing especially . In the terms of Spamming or Cyber Bullying, You’re screwing someone’s B’day with such Present. Rectify your System which unnecessarily punishing Innocents most of the time. :X

Sonia Gandhi : Getting Away With Murder

Sonia Gandhi, Indian politician, president of ...

Sonia Gandhi - Image via Wikipedia

The bottom line observed in Sonia’s mindset is that she can disregard Indian laws with impunity. If cornered or if she becomes vulnerable to prosecution, she can always run back to Italy. In Peru, President Fujimori who all along claimed to be “born Peruvian”, when faced with a corruption charge fled to Japan with his loot and reclaimed his Japanese citizenship. That is Sonia’s bottom line fall-back option too.

In 1977, when the Janata Party defeated the Congress at the polls, and formed the government, it widely known and published that Sonia with her two children abandoned Indira Gandhi, and ran to the Italian Embassy in New Delhi and hid there. Rajiv Gandhi was a government servant then[as an Indian Airlines pilot], but he too tagged along and hid in that foreign embassy ! Such was her baneful influence on him. Rajiv did snap out Sonia’s influence after 1989, but alas he was assassinated before he could rectify the situation.

Those close to Rajiv knew that he was planning set things right about Sonia after the 1991 elections. He held her to blame for all the financial scandals that led to his defeat at the 1989 polls. She knew of it too because he had told her on his trip to Soviet Union in February 1991. Ever wonder why Sonia’s closest advisers are those whom Rajiv literally hated? Ambika Soni is one such name. Ever wonder why she has asked the President of India to set aside on a mercy petition the Supreme Court judgment directing that Rajiv Gandhi’s LTTE killers be hanged, when she was not similiarly moved for Satwant Singh who killed Indira Gandhi or even recently for Dhanajoy Chattopadhyaya ? The explanation for this special consideration for the LTTE perhaps lies in what Rajiv had told her about their future. May be therefore Sonia feels obliged to the LTTE for the assassination. More on this later.

Those who have no love for India will not hesitate to plunder her treasures. Mohammed Ghori, Nadir Shah, and the British scum in the East India Company such as Robert Clive, made no secret of it. But Sonia Gandhi has been more discreet, but as greedy, in her looting of Indian treasures. When Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were Prime Ministers, not a day passed when the PM’s security did not go to the New Delhi, or Chennai international airport to send crates and crates of Indian antiques and other treasures, unchecked by customs, to Rome. Air India and Alitalia were the chosen carriers. For organizing all this, Mr. Arjun Singh first as CM, later as Union Minister in charge of Culture, was her hatchet man.
Indian temple sculpture of gods and goddesses, antiques, pichwai paintings, shatoosh shawls, coins, and you name it, were transported to Italy to be first displayed in two shops [see Annexure-16] owned by her sister, Anuskha alias Alessandra Maino Vinci. These shops located in blue-collar areas of Rivolta[shop name: Etnica] and Orbassano [shop name: Ganpati] did little business because which blue collar Italian wants to buy Indian antiques ? The shops were there to make false bills, and thereafter these treasures were taken to London for auction by Sotheby’s and Christies.

Some of this ill-gotten money from auction went into the bank accounts of Rahul Gandhi in the National Westminister Bank and Hongkong & Shanghai Bank, London branches, but most of it found it’s way into the Gandhi family account in the Bank of America in Cayman Islands. Rahul’s expenses and tuition fees for the one year he was at Harvard, was paid from that Cayman Island account [see Annexures-17].

What kind of people are these Gandhi-Mainos that bite the very hand of Bharat Mata that fed them and gave them a good life? How can the nation trust or tolerate such greedy thieves of national treasures?

Since I failed to persuade the Vajpayee government to defend India’s treasures from plunder by the Mainos, I approached the Delhi High Court in a PIL. The first Bench of the court issued notice to the Government, but since the Indian government dragged it’s feet, the Court directed the CBI to seek Interpol’s and Italian government’s help. The Italian government justifiably asked for a Letter Rogatory for which a FIR is a pre-requisite. But the Interpol did oblige and submitted two voluminous reports on the shops which the Court directed the CBI to hand over to me. But CBI has so far refused, and has claimed privilege!

This question will be argued out at the next hearing of my PIL.

The CBI has also been caught lying in court by telling the judges that Alessandra Maino is a name of a man, and Via Bellini 14, Orbassano is a name of a village[not the street address of the Maino’s residence]. Although the CBI counsel had to apologise later to the court stating he had made a mistake, he has been promoted to Additional Solicitor General by the new government! Why was he appointed as the CBI’s counsel by the Vajpayee government in the first place? The Vajpayee-Sonia mutual assistance pact is thus in full view in this episode.

But the most sinister aspect of Sonia Gandhi’s links is her connection with terrorists. I am still working on it, but she has had long connection with the Habash group of Palestinians [PFLP], and has funded Palestinian families that lost their kith and kin in a suicide bombing or hijacking episode. This fact, Rajiv Gandhi himself told me and was confirmed to me [the funding aspect] by Yassir Arafat when I met him in Tunis on October 17, 1990 at the request of Rajiv Gandhi. Rajiv and I were good friends from 1978, but became very close friends after V.P. Singh had betrayed him in 1987. We met practically every day, mostly in the early hours from 1AM to 4AM, discussed, chatted and gossiped on every topic. It was at my suggestion that Rajiv made Chandrashekhar the PM. And contrary to public impression, he was not mainly responsible for fall of Chandrashekar government[of which I was a Minister].

Besides the Palestinian extremists, the Maino family have had extensive business dealings with Saddam Hussein [see Annexure-18], and surprisingly since 1984 with the LTTE [“the Tamil Tigers”]. Sonia’s mother Paola Predebon Maino, and businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi are the main contacts with the Tigers. The mother used the LTTE for money laundering and Quattrocchi for selling weapons to earn commissions. Sonia’s conduit to the LTTE has been and is through Arjun Singh who uses Bangalore as the nodal point for contact.

There is a string of circumstantial evidence pointing to the prima facie possibility that the Maino family may have contracted with the LTTE to kill Rajiv Gandhi. The family may have assured the LTTE that nothing would happen to them because they would ensure it is blamed on the Sikhs or the evidence so much fudged that no court would convict them[ the LTTE intercepted transcripts show this expectation of the LTTE]. But D.R. Karthikeyan of the CBI who led the SIT investigation got the support of Narasimha Rao, cracked the case, and succeeded in getting the LTTE convicted in the trial court, which conviction was upheld by the Supreme Court in 1999.

Although on the involvement of some members of the Congress Party in the assassination, DRK soft peddled it ignoring a number of leads perhaps because he did not want political controversy to put road blocks on his investigation as a whole.

The Justice J. S. Verma Commission, which was set up as the last official act of the Chandrashekhar government before demitting office on June 21, 1991, did find that the Congress leaders had disrupted the security arrangements for the Sriperumbudur meeting. The Commission wanted further probe into it but the Rao government rejected that demand. In the meantime under Sonia’s pressure, the Jain Commission was set up by the Rao government, which tried to muddy the waters and thus exonerate the LTTE. But the trial court judgment convicting the LTTE came earlier than the Commission could conclude, and that sinister effort therefore too failed.
Nowadays, Sonia is quite unabashed in having political alliance with those who like MDMK, PMK, and DMK praise Rajiv Gandhi’s killers. No Indian widow would ever do that. Such circumstances are many, and raise a doubt. My investigations into Sonia’s involvement in Rajiv’s assassination is therefore necessary. I am also author of a best seller titled Assassination Of Rajiv Gandhi—Unasked Questions and Unanswered Queries[published by Konark in 2000] in which I have given some indications of this possible conspiracy.

Is it not significant that the political career graph of Sonia Gandhi advances concomitantly with a series of assassinations and apparently accidental deaths?

How did Sanjay’s plane on June 23, 1980 nosedive to a crash and yet the plane fuselage failed to explode upon impact? There was no fuel ! How was that possible since flight register shows full tank before take-off ? Why was there no inquiry conducted ?

Is it not a fact that Indira Gandhi died because of loss of blood from the wounds and not directly due to a bullet impacting her head or heart ? Then is it not strange that Sonia had insisted that the bleeding Indira be driven to Lohia Hospital– in the opposite direction to AIIMS which had a contingency protocol set up for precisely such an event ? And after reaching Lohia Hospital, did not Sonia change her mind and demand that they all drive to AIIMS thus losing 24 valuable minutes ?

The same kind of mystery surrounds the sudden deaths of Sonia’s other political roadblocks such as Rajesh Pilot, Jitendra Prasad, and Madhavrao Scindia. Such untimely deaths happened in the dark ages in Italy. Should we allow it to happen in India like dumb cattle going to slaughter?

10 Ways of Making a HIT Bollywood Movie

Looking towards The Current Bollywood Movies, actually it seems like something’s missing. Actually, We are moving towards Tollywood and Hollywood. I’m not saying it sucks everytime. Bu yeah !! Most of the times, It does. Sometimes, we’ve over-rated hyped actors (though most of them are untalented :P) featuring in a movie, sometimes there’s even mindless and useless srcipt and dialogues, and even Sometimes there’s also Poor Level of Direction and Cinematography. Though most of the Bollywood Movies these days have certain setbacks, but still they manage to lure the audiences somehow and therefore making it BIG HIT. After getting certain responses from the crowd these days, the film-makers are now intentionally making such bull-craps without any passion and profession many times, fetching a lots of money from the audience. 😛

It only runs by certain formalae, which I’m going to discuss further.

Dabangg

Dabangg Poster - Image via Wikipedia

Well, Dabangg is the best example of a formula Bollywood film that can never go wrong. The Salman starrer had just about everything that comprised the ingredients of a box office superhit. So let us decode Bollywood’s second biggest blockbuster Dabangg(find out which is the biggest Bollywood blockbuster )and analyze how to make a successful Bollywood film taking into account the following factors:

1. The quintessential heroSalman Khan was no short of Rajnikanth in Dabangg. His entry was jaw-dropping, whatever he does; he does with the demeanor of a hero. He has that swagger in his walk, is every bit as human in loving his brethren as he is superhuman in fending off the negative elements. He has his own baggage of problems but that does not stop him from being ‘cool’ in his own inimitable, earthy way. And yes, he romances his lady love with an easy-going charm too.

2. The action: Salman in Dabangg sends 13 people flying in different directions by hitting them where it hurts. Not possible in real life, but what the heck, the visual impact was worth it and who does not like to see objects flying when you kick them and if they suspend in the air, before crashing..even better!

3. The family man: All though seen in 45 movies before Dabangg, it still delved into the story of a son not getting along with his step-father; having issues with his brother, being close to his mother whom he loses eventually. So our guy is still very much, the family person first and has a heart in the right place.

4. The dialogues and locker-room lines: Check out these lines ‘Kamal Kartey ho Pandeyji” “Police Waleko Tokne Ka Anjaam Pata Hai Kya? 21 years jail aur thukai alag se. Aur Isi Police Walene Agar Tumhe Toka Toh Promotion Alagse Aur Bahduri Ka Medal Bhi! “Hum Tumme Itne Chedh Karenge ki confuse ho jaogey ki saans kaise le aur paadhey kahan se?’ ‘Tapad se darr nahin lagtha hain sahib, pyaar se lagtha hain’ All of theses lines and many more were aimed at the masses, but even the classes lapped it up. Why? Because the lines played to the gallery and come on even these high classes people secretly enjoy outrageous lines.

5. Catchy Item Number: A kick-ass item number that becomes the anthem of the nation, without really promoting it . Sheela Ki Jawaani was thrust on our throats, while people demanded Munni Badhnaam Hui; that is the big difference. Also Munni Badhnaam Hui was as much funny as much as it was sexy.

6. Amazing comedy: Comedy and action together can be a brilliant combination. One of the single-most factors for Dabangg to be a racy hit is action laced with comedy. Remember Salman bashing up villains and then breaking into a dance. Okay, it was a bit like Mask but we can forgive that

7. The Momentum: Dabangg had its momentum right from the beginning. From the very first scene, the movie was on the driver’s seat, going full throttle.

8. Good scenes: Okay Guzaarish also had good scenes but people will always remember Dabangg’s scenes; be it the Sonakshi-Salman scene, Salman Khan’s challenge to Sonu Sood, the entry scene or the final scene; because boss, they brought in the whistles. People often go to a movie theater with their friends or date; they don’t want to cry at the hero’s hopeless condition; they would rather be motivated while having fun.

9. Attitude and channelized star power: In today’s times, the movie has to get cracking immediately or it may be too late. Salman Khan’s massive star power got the audiences in but that alone was not enough. Sallu had been getting people into theaters many times, but they have shown him the middle finger and gone their way(not kidding, actually have seen people doing this for some of his crappy films). But this time, they didn’t; they clapped with glee. This was because Salman Khan’s starpower was projected in the best manner possible. This was the most RELATABLE Salman Khan movie for him as well as the audiences.

Speaking of attitude, there are some movies that have attitude while others do not. Rangeela had an attitude, 3 Idiots too; Rang De Basanti had it in loads, Swades had it and so did Tere Naam. It is not just about being stylish; in all these movies, you have characters with clear mindset; they are sure about what they want and have their own style and charisma. In Dabangg too, Salman Khan is comfortable in his own skin and takes pride in what he does. People love that. This is also ONE BIG REASON WHY RAJNIKANTH’s MOVIES rock.

10. Sequels: Dabangg’s Huge Success made its producer – Arbaaz Khan, to declare of making its sequel : Dabangg 2 . This formula is most used to create a hype among the viewers for any Movie, such that theywould even get fascinated with it as well. Other Examples like – Rohit Shetty‘s Superhit sequels : Golmaal Returns (in 2008) & Golmaal 3 (last Diwali 2010) and Mahesh Bhatt‘s upcoming and expected hit Murder 2, releasing this year.

Dabangg is not a brilliant movie, heck, it is not even a good movie which would be remembered for many decades. But yes, it is a smartly made, ENTERTAINING movie, with all elements balanced in such a way that you end up enjoying akin to the way you’d relish a seven course meal that may not be nutritious but definitely tasty. Plus, Even I’ve seen it 6 times :P, but just to entertain myself for a while. Want another helping?

Indian Education System : Ain’t Good Enough

Referred from :- Meri News Article : How good is Indian education system?

I’ve read this article few days back while surfing. I found it very interesting. This article discusses the current education scenario in India, public expenditure on education, need of the hour to reform the system and the true role of education in nation building.

————————————————————————————————————

“TELL ME the books you read and I will tell your character”, goes the saying. However, education is not just about reading books or garnering knowledge. Books are a means to education, and education is a means to knowledge, neither implying an end in itself. Education is the pragmatic application of knowledge for the betterment of people, society, and self.

Education sustains our present and insures our future. Unfortunately, the education scenario in India is very disturbing. The ‘EFA Global Monitoring Report 2010’ (UNESCO), ranks India 105 among 128 countries, and it continues to figure alongside a cluster of African and a couple of Asian countries, such as Pakistan and Bangladesh, in the group of countries with a low educational development index (EDI). In 2007, India was ranked not only behind countries such as Norway, Japan, and Germany that figured at the top, but also past several Latin American, African, and Asian developing countries.

The pupil-teacher ratio, too, in primary schools in India is very low (1:40) compared with countries like UK (1:21.6) and Japan (1:19), despite the fact that India allocates more expenditure as a percentage of GDP on education, i.e. ~3% (a popular research result reveals that public expenditure on education should account for at least 4.07% of GDP). The average pupil-teacher ratio in the developed countries is 13.7. The global average is 24.6 pupils per teacher (1:24.6) in primary school.

The dropout rates in India, at the high school level are also on the rise (~50%) in spite of increased educational expenditures by the states. Moreover, the infrastructure facilities in schools are pathetic. According to the latest statistics available from the Flash Statistics and Analytical Reports on Elementary Education in India, published by the National University of Educational Planning and Administration in 2009-10, there are only three classrooms per primary school in India, on an average, and only three teachers per school. About 14% of the schools have only one classroom each, and single-teacher schools constitute a similar proportion.

While the standard national pupil-teacher ratio in primary schools is 1:40 (one teacher for every 40 students), 30% of the schools have a ratio above this. In Bihar, while the standard ratio at the State level is 1:59, there are 92 (1:92) students on an average per classroom. All this indicates a poorly organized system of education.

Need of the Hour

The implication of all the above arguments is that a pupil-teacher ratio of around 20 (1:20) may be taken up as a desirable ratio. We need good quality teachers in sufficient numbers. This is a basic prerequisite for quality primary education.

Innovation is another aspect of the quality of education. Innovation in education is not only necessary, it is absolutely crucial. Firstly, innovations in subjects offer a host of choices to students. Secondly, innovations in examination patterns facilitate precise evaluation of their skills in a subject. Innovations also enable a student to arrive at a better-informed choice of subjects. The choice of subjects will ‘involve’ the students and equip them with skills befitting their interest, which could be harnessed for the benefit of self and the nation.

For instance, let’s say that someone is interested in journalism and wants to pursue investigative journalism rather than mere reporting. The course has to offer various choices within journalism (say, investigative journalism, reporting, business journalism, sports journalism, etc.). If the course doesn’t offer these choices, then one who is genuinely interested in something may not get the opportunity to pursue it and end up doing something that one doesn’t like, as there is Hobson’s choice. This may hamper one’s potential in giving one’s best, and may directly or indirectly scuttle the opportunity in contributing towards the country’s economic growth.

The issue of innovation brings us to an important aspect of education – choice – that seems to be sufficiently lacking in our education system to enable better academic performance of students and to elevate the quality of education.

The True Role of Education: An Introspection

The human being is a social animal whose needs and urges are originated and fulfilled within a given society and rarely in isolation. While the primary objective of any education is to enable us to know things we did not know earlier, so as to improve the quality of life, this principle had not been appreciated in depth by our educational policy makers for decades. Artificial barriers in the nature of knowledge were created. It was specified that knowledge could either be for its own sake or for the sake of its application.

However, on reflection, it becomes clear that unless any form of knowledge is applied, it cannot be improved or suitably channeled. A large proportion of people need knowledge that is of an applied character and that helps them simplify important activities of daily living. Moreover, each person is gifted with a particular range of skills. These two facts indicate that a continued thrust on a rigid academic structure would not be desirable. One must understand that provision of choices – over academic subjects or electives – is a continuous process. The system would work better if students were given an opportunity to exercise choice earlier in their education – rather than later – when several factors, other than their inherent competencies, exert an influence over their choice of subjects.

———————————————————————————————————–

Well, this is one of the current agenda these days. We need something that could set up such drawbacks of this system, and possibly eradicate them for good. Otherwise, It’s too late in future.

And In the end, I would quote:

It’s too lame to say that
” I was Born Intelligent, But Education Ruined Me “
It actually would be said in India that
“It was Our HRD Minister, Mr. Kapil Sibbal,
who is born to Ruin The Education System of India “ 😛

Just Be Yourself !!

Well, I’ve just read a short conversation few days ago somewhere in Facebook, which is worth learning as well. So, I would like to SHARE that stuff in front of y’all right now. It’s truly an Amazing interview, and even most hilarious IT placement interviews. Well, It could probably can help you in your future interviews. Hopefully, you get the main message after reading the whole conversation.

————————————————————————–————————————————————-

Interviewer : Tell me about yourself.

Interviewer : BabanRao Dhole-Patil Inst it ute of Technology? I had never heard of this college before!
Candidate : Great! Even I had not heard of it before getting an admission into it ..
What happened is – due to cricket world cup I scored badly! in 12th.I was getting a paid seat in a good college. But my father said (I prefer to call him ‘baap’) – “I can not invest so much of money”.(The baap actually said – “I will never waste so much of money on you”). So I had to join this college. Frankly speaking this name – BabanRao Dhole-Patil, can at the most be related to a Shetakari Mahavidyalaya

Interviewer: ok, ok. It seems you have taken 6 years to complete yourengineering.
Candidate : Actually I tried my best to finish it in 4 years. But you know, thesecricket matches and football world cup, and tennis tournaments. It is difficult to concentrate. So I flunked in 2nd and 3rd year. So in all I took 4 + 2 = 7 years.

Interviewer: But 4+2 is 6.

Candidate: he he he.. Are you kidding? Completing ‘lower’ education it self was so much of pain!!

Candidate : Well, I work at SEEPZ, so you can say Andheri is my current platform. Earlier I was at Vashi center. So Vashi was my platform then. As you can see I have experience of different platforms! (Vashi and Andheri are the places in Mumbai)

Interviewer : And which languages have you used?
Candidate : Marathi, Hindi, English. By the way, I can keep quiet in German, French, Russian and many other languages.

Candidate: Sure, Currently I am working for Bata Info Tech ltd. Since joining BIL, I am on Bench. Before joining BIL, I used to think that Bench was another software like Windows.

Interviewer : Do you have any project management experience?
Candidate: No, but I guess it shouldn’t be difficult. I know Word and Excel. I can talk a lot. I know how to dial for International phone call and use speaker facility. And very important – I know few words like – ‘Showstoppers ‘ , ‘hot fixes’, ‘SEI-CMM’, ‘quality’, ‘version control’, ‘deadlines’ , ‘Customer Satisfaction’ etc. Also I can blame others for my mistakes!

Interviewer: What are your expectations from our company?
Candidate : Not much.
1. I should at least get 40,000 in hand..
2. I would like to work on a live EJB project. But it should not have deadlines. I personally feel that pressure affects natural talent.
3. I believe in flexi-timings.
4. Dress code is against basic freedom, so I would like to wear t-shirt and jeans.

5. We must have sat-sun off. I will suggest Wednesday off also, so as to avoid breakdown due to overwork.
6. I would like to go abroad 3 times a year on short term preferably 1-2 months) assignments. Personally I prefer US,Australia andEurope. But considering the fact that there are Olympics coming up inChina in the current year, I don’t mind going there in that period. As you can see I am modest and don’t have many expectations. So can I assume my selection?

Interviewer: he he he ha ha ha. Thanks for your interest in our
organization. In fact I was never entertained so much before. Welcome to INFOSYS.

The fellow was appointed in a newly created section ‘Stress Management’ in the HRD of Infosys. Who thought that such a guy who just completed his Engineering in 7 years, and got a very awesome placement in Infosys, where every Topper wants to be there.

————————————————————————–————————————————————-

This synopsis is not only FUNNY but also worthily useful for the young aspirants like me, who have a desire to get a better job in the best organization. But you have to DAMN deserving for reaching to your desired Goal and making your dreams come true.

Brilliant Academic Performance and Well-Versed Technical Knowledge, it indeed matters a lot for getting placed. But just Scoring Good Grades in Exams is not enough as it eventually won’t make you to reach at the TOP. You really oughta be CONFIDENT without fumbling and getting terrified while sitting in an interview. And most importantly, Just Be Yourself. It is main Mantra.

Well after reading that stuff, It’s really inspiring me a lot. It is useful for my future. It’s not like that I would say kinda everything that the above guy just said. As Sometimes, even being talkative would make the interviewers sick. Offcourse, they would like to side the real in you  either you tell or they would get your reality on their own very easily. But talking too much like a loudmouth is not acceptable everywhere. Be somewhat smart to a level for deciding what to say and what not.

As a matter of fact, The main message is not talk like just that guy said on his interview. It’s all about being yourself, and try your best to make the interviewers impressed by your truthful nature. Because, in this modern world, there are plenty diplomatic and fake people around you in any particular field, who rather live a life on other’s perceptions and conditions. But it’s Hard to find such true people from the crowd who come forward and just appear as they really are.

And again, I am quoting,

Just Be Yourself  8)
You never know what’s ahead of you in future. 😉
Be Honest and Original. True to be Yourself !!  🙂
For Yours and Other’s Sake !! 😀
